Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 large tortillas (flour or whole wheat)
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or a blend)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce, coating each piece well.
- Lay the tortillas flat and spread ranch dressing evenly over each.
- Add the buffalo chicken mixture to the center of each tortilla.
- Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and cheese.
- Fold the sides inward and roll tightly from the bottom to enclose the filling.
- Optionally, grill the wraps in a pan for a warm, crispy finish.
