A quick and satisfying wrap combining tender chicken with zesty buffalo sauce, crisp lettuce, and creamy ranch dressing.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 large tortillas (flour or whole wheat)
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or a blend)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce, coating each piece well.
  2. Lay the tortillas flat and spread ranch dressing evenly over each.
  3. Add the buffalo chicken mixture to the center of each tortilla.
  4. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and cheese.
  5. Fold the sides inward and roll tightly from the bottom to enclose the filling.
  6. Optionally, grill the wraps in a pan for a warm, crispy finish.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. To maintain freshness, wrap tightly if freezing.
