Description

A heartfelt commitment of flavor and satisfaction, featuring tender chicken in a luscious cream sauce with sundried tomatoes.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup sundried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish
  • Pasta or rice for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add a drizzle of olive oil. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add chopped sundried tomatoes and sauté for about 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Add garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Return chicken to the skillet, allowing it to simmer in the sauce for about 5-10 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Serve topped with the creamy sauce over pasta or rice, garnished with fresh basil.

Notes

For lighter options, substitute half-and-half for heavy cream or use grilled chicken. Can add spinach or mushrooms for more texture.
