Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon (fresh)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pound green beans, trimmed
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Melt the butter in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
- Stir in the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about one minute.
- Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Sear until golden brown on both sides.
- Squeeze freshly juiced lemon over the chicken, then surround the thighs with trimmed green beans.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the green beans are tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
