Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: taco seasoning, shredded cheese, avocado, cilantro
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the Instant Pot.
- Pour in the chicken broth and add the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Close the lid and set the valve to sealing.
- Cook on manual high pressure for 10 minutes.
- Once done, allow for a natural release for 5 minutes, then switch to quick release.
- Shred the chicken using two forks and mix it back into the juices.
