Ingredients
- 1 pound of chicken breast, sliced
- 1 bell pepper (any color), sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons fajita seasoning
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Tortillas for serving
- Optional toppings: sour cream, avocado, cheese, salsa
Instructions
- Add the sliced chicken to the Instant Pot.
- Toss in the sliced bell pepper and onion.
- Sprinkle the fajita seasoning over the top and pour in the chicken broth.
- Close the lid securely, making sure the valve is set to sealing.
- Set the Instant Pot on high pressure for 10 minutes.
- Once cooking time is complete, allow for a natural release for about 5 minutes, then switch to quick release for any remaining pressure.
- Open the lid and stir everything well.
- Serve hot in tortillas with your favorite toppings.
