  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken wings in the Instant Pot.
  2. In a bowl, mix buffalo sauce, melted butter, garlic powder, and salt until well combined.
  3. Pour the sauce over the wings and toss to coat thoroughly.
  4. Close the lid of the Instant Pot and seal the vent.
  5. Cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
  6. Perform a quick release of the pressure and remove the wings.
  7. Broil the wings in the oven for 3-5 minutes to achieve crispy skin.
  8. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For extra tenderness, marinate the wings in buffalo sauce for a few hours before cooking. Adjust the spice level by using a milder sauce or adding ranch seasoning.
