  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup walnuts or pecans, chopped (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce leaves or sandwich bread for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the honey, Dijon mustard, and Greek yogurt. Mix until smooth.
