Ingredients
- Whole wheat wraps
- Crisp lettuce (romaine or iceberg)

- Sliced veggies (bell peppers, cucumbers, carrots)
- Honey BBQ sauce
Instructions
- Layout a whole wheat wrap on a clean, flat surface.
- Spread a layer of crisp lettuce over the wrap.
- Place your preferred protein on top of the lettuce.
- Add your sliced veggies according to your taste.
- Drizzle honey BBQ sauce generously over the filling.
- Fold the sides in, then roll the wrap tightly to secure the filling.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and toast the wrapped sandwich until it turns golden brown and crispy.
- Slice it in half, and serve immediately. Enjoy!
Notes
