Delicious Honey BBQ Chicken Wraps made with whole wheat wraps, fresh veggies, and a sweet and tangy honey BBQ sauce.

Ingredients

  • Whole wheat wraps
  • Crisp lettuce (romaine or iceberg)
  • Protein of choice (grilled chicken, tofu, or beans)
  • Sliced veggies (bell peppers, cucumbers, carrots)
  • Honey BBQ sauce

Instructions

  1. Layout a whole wheat wrap on a clean, flat surface.
  2. Spread a layer of crisp lettuce over the wrap.
  3. Place your preferred protein on top of the lettuce.
  4. Add your sliced veggies according to your taste.
  5. Drizzle honey BBQ sauce generously over the filling.
  6. Fold the sides in, then roll the wrap tightly to secure the filling.
  7. Heat a skillet over medium heat and toast the wrapped sandwich until it turns golden brown and crispy.
