A comforting and flavorful dish featuring Honey BBQ chicken paired with cheesy garlic parmesan potatoes, perfect for family dinners or gatherings.

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Honey BBQ sauce
  • 2 pounds potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season your chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper. Place them in a baking dish and pour Honey BBQ sauce over the chicken.
  3. Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges. Toss them with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Arrange the potatoes around the chicken in the baking dish.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked and the potatoes are tender.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle cheddar and Parmesan cheese over the potatoes. Return to the oven for another 5-10 minutes to melt the cheese.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for 3-4 days or frozen for up to 3 months. To reheat, bake until warmed through.
