A quick and easy grilled chicken recipe that infuses juicy flavor, perfect for weeknight dinners or summer barbecues.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 lemon (juiced)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, dried oregano, and lemon juice. Mix well to create a marinade.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts with the marinade, making sure they are well covered. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  4. Place the marinated chicken on the grill. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. Once done, remove the chicken from the grill and allow it to rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

For best results, let the chicken marinate for up to 2 hours. Reheat in the oven or stovetop for best texture.
