Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Fresh herbs for garnish (parsley or basil)
- Optional veggies (bell peppers or asparagus)
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken breasts once hot.
- Sear them for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
- If adding veggies, toss them in during the last few minutes of cooking.
- Transfer to a plate and let it rest before slicing.
