Description

A simple and comforting dish featuring tender chicken infused with buffalo sauce, perfect for sandwiches, salads, or on its own.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken breasts
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in your Crockpot.
  2. Pour the buffalo sauce over the top, ensuring they’re evenly coated.
  3. Sprinkle a little salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Cover the Crockpot and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, or until the chicken is fork-tender.
  5. Shred the chicken with two forks right in the pot and mix it well with the sauce.

Notes

Feel free to substitute chicken thighs for dark meat or adjust the buffalo sauce for a milder taste.
