Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil (for garnish)
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts into the crockpot.
- In a bowl, combine heavy cream, parmesan cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; mix well.
- Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
Notes
Serve with pasta or a crispy side salad. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for 3-4 days in the fridge.
