Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts into the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, combine heavy cream, parmesan cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  3. Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
  5. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
