A crowd-pleasing dip that combines spicy buffalo sauce with creamy cheese and tender chicken, perfect for any gathering.
Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken works great)
- 1 cup cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or cheese blend)
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
Instructions
- In your crockpot, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing.
- Stir all the ingredients until they are evenly mixed.
- Cook on low for 120-180 minutes or until everything is heated through and creamy, stirring halfway through.
- Stir again before serving and garnish with chopped green onions if using.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. It can also be frozen for up to 3 months.
