A crowd-pleasing dip that combines spicy buffalo sauce with creamy cheese and tender chicken, perfect for any gathering.

  • 2 cups shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken works great)
  • 1 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or cheese blend)
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. In your crockpot, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing.
  2. Stir all the ingredients until they are evenly mixed.
  3. Cook on low for 120-180 minutes or until everything is heated through and creamy, stirring halfway through.
  4. Stir again before serving and garnish with chopped green onions if using.
  5. Serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. It can also be frozen for up to 3 months.
