Tender chicken slow-cooked in a savory barbecue sauce for a comforting and easy meal.

  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the barbecue sauce, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken breasts, ensuring they are nicely coated.
  4. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender.
  5. Shred the chicken directly in the sauce before serving.
