Ingredients
- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 2 chicken sausages, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup chicken broth
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sliced chicken sausage and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the broccoli florets and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
- Add the orzo, chicken broth, salt, and pepper, and bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, reduce the heat to a simmer, cover the skillet, and cook for about 10 minutes, or until the orzo is tender.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Serve warm, and enjoy!
