A creamy and flavorful buffalo chicken dip made lighter with cottage cheese and Greek yogurt, perfect for any gathering.

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, Greek yogurt, and half of the cheddar cheese.
  3. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to your liking.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and layer the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the dip is bubbly and heated through.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving. Enjoy with tortilla chips or celery sticks!
