Ingredients

  • Mini bagels or regular bagels, sliced in half
  • Cottage cheese (low-fat or full-fat)
  • Fresh herbs (chives, parsley, dill)
  • Optional toppings (cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, olives)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Arrange the bagel halves on a baking sheet, cut-side up.
  3. Spread a generous layer of cottage cheese over each bagel half.
