Ingredients
- 4 Chicken breasts
- 1 cup Flour
- 2 Eggs (beaten)
- 1 cup Bread crumbs
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken breasts in a mixture of salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika for at least 30 minutes.
- Set up a breading station: place flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and seasoned bread crumbs in a third bowl.
- Dredge each marinated chicken breast in flour, dip it into beaten eggs, and coat it with seasoned bread crumbs.
- Heat a generous amount of oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the breaded chicken until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Remove the chicken and let it rest for a minute before serving hot. Enjoy!
