Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless chicken, cut into pieces
- 2 tablespoons butter

- 1 can (14 oz) tomato puree
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons garam masala
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon cumin

Instructions
- In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
- Stir in the minced garlic and ginger, cooking until fragrant.
- Introduce the chicken pieces to the pan, cooking until browned on all sides.
- Pour in the tomato puree and heavy cream, followed by the garam masala, turmeric, and cumin.
- Season with salt and pepper, letting the mixture simmer for 15-20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve warm.
