Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 medium zucchinis
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and slice the zucchinis into round pieces.
- In a large baking dish, combine the chicken pieces and zucchini slices.
- Drizzle the mixture with olive oil, then sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning over the top.
- Toss everything well until the chicken and zucchini are evenly coated.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the zucchini is tender.
- Serve warm, and enjoy!
Notes
Feel free to substitute chicken with turkey or tofu for a different protein source. Add cheese for a cheesy crust in the last few minutes of baking.
