Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1 cup halved grapes
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
- 4 slices of bread (your choice)
- 1 tomato, sliced
- Lettuce leaves
Instructions
- Cook the chicken breasts until fully cooked. Allow them to cool before chopping.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, lemon pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and dried rosemary.
- Add the chopped chicken to the dressing, along with diced celery, halved grapes, and almonds. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
- If desired, toast your slices of bread for added texture.
- Assemble the sandwiches by placing a generous amount of chicken salad on the bread. Top with fresh tomato slices and crisp lettuce.
- Serve immediately and enjoy the flavors!
