Juicy chicken mixed with creamy dressing and crunchy ingredients, all in thick slices of bread, perfect for lunch or brunch.

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1 cup halved grapes
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds
  • 4 slices of bread (your choice)
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • Lettuce leaves

Instructions

  1. Cook the chicken breasts until fully cooked. Allow them to cool before chopping.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, lemon pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and dried rosemary.
  3. Add the chopped chicken to the dressing, along with diced celery, halved grapes, and almonds. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
  4. If desired, toast your slices of bread for added texture.
  5. Assemble the sandwiches by placing a generous amount of chicken salad on the bread. Top with fresh tomato slices and crisp lettuce.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy the flavors!
