  • Salsa or dipping sauce (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Prep your fillings: If using raw chicken, cook and season it. Shred or dice the cooked chicken.
  2. Heat the tortillas: Warm the tortillas in a pan or microwave until pliable.
  3. Fill and fold: Place fillings on one side of the tortilla and fold it into quarters.
  4. Cook: Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat, cook the folded tortilla for 3-4 minutes on each side until crispy and golden.
