Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
- 1 can (8 oz) crescent roll dough
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cubed chicken, cream cheese, chopped onion, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined.
- Grease a baking dish.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of the dish, forming a crust.
- Spoon the chicken mixture over the crescent roll crust.
- Fold the edges of the crescent roll dough over the filling to create a rustic look.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
