Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup stuffing mix
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
- Fold in the stuffing mix until it’s evenly coated with the sauce.
- Pour this mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- If you’re feeling cheesy, sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until heated through and the cheese is bubbly.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
