A comforting, creamy Chicken Alfredo that marries succulent chicken and fettuccine pasta in a rich, cheesy sauce.

  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute, until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
  5. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy and combined.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
