A comforting and indulgent Chicken Alfredo dish made with fettuccine, tender chicken, and a rich, creamy sauce.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 cups diced chicken breast
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat, then add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant but not browned.
  3. Add the diced chicken to the skillet and cook until it’s no longer pink, stirring occasionally.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
  5. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and well incorporated. Season to taste with salt.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing until the noodles are well-coated. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Garnish with extra grated Parmesan and fresh parsley. Pairs well with a Caesar salad or garlic bread.
