A delightful creamy pasta dish combining tender Cajun-spiced chicken and rich Alfredo sauce with fettuccine.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning, ensuring they’re evenly coated.
  3. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and let rest before slicing.
  4. In the same skillet, pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in grated Parmesan until melted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce to coat.
  6. Slice the rested chicken and serve on top of the pasta. Garnish with chopped parsley.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
