Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 cups cooked rice or quinoa
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce. Mix well until fully coated.
- Prepare the rice or quinoa according to the package instructions.
- Layer the cooked rice or quinoa into serving bowls.
- Add the buffalo chicken mixture on top of the grains.
- Finish with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, blue cheese crumbles, and ranch dressing.
- Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
