A delightful dish combining tender chicken with a creamy, cheesy filling packed with nutritious broccoli, perfect for weeknight dinners.

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup broccoli florets, steamed
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the steamed broccoli, shredded cheese, cream cheese, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Carefully cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff them generously with the broccoli-cheese mixture.
  4. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Sear each stuffed chicken breast until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Transfer the seared breasts to a baking dish and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
