Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper and brown them on both sides in the skillet.
  3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  4. Add the shallots and garlic to the skillet, sautéing until fragrant.
