Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless chicken breast
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces for uniform cooking.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Coat each piece of chicken in the flour mixture, ensuring they’re well covered.
- In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat until shimmering.
- Carefully add the chicken pieces to the hot oil, cooking until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a separate saucepan, combine the buffalo sauce and butter, heating gently until the butter is melted.
- Once fried, toss the chicken pieces in the buttered buffalo sauce until fully coated.

Notes
