Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs boneless chicken breast
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces for uniform cooking.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Coat each piece of chicken in the flour mixture, ensuring they’re well covered.
  4. In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat until shimmering.
  5. Carefully add the chicken pieces to the hot oil, cooking until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  6. In a separate saucepan, combine the buffalo sauce and butter, heating gently until the butter is melted.
  7. Once fried, toss the chicken pieces in the buttered buffalo sauce until fully coated.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For extra crunch, double-dip the chicken by dipping them in egg before coating with flour. Experiment with different flavors of buffalo sauce for variation.
