These Air Fryer Firecracker Chicken Meatballs are a burst of flavor, combining tender ground chicken with sweet and savory ingredients, cooked quickly in an air fryer.

  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, chopped green onions, minced garlic, egg, soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, grated ginger, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well incorporated.
  2. Shape the mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  4. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to ensure the meatballs don’t stick.
  5. Arrange the meatballs in a single layer in the basket, ensuring they’re not touching.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until they’re cooked through and golden brown on the outside.
  7. Serve hot, drizzled with extra sweet chili sauce if you like!

Notes
