Description

Juicy and tender chicken marinated in zesty lime juice, cooked to perfection in the air fryer for a deliciously easy meal.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup of fresh lime juice (about 2-3 limes)
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine lime juice, olive oil, minced garlic, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
  4. Arrange the marinated chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Once done, let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Notes

For a fun twist, try topping it with avocado slices or making tacos with your favorite toppings.
