Ingredients
- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine hot sauce, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt, stirring until well blended.
- Toss the boneless chicken breasts in the buffalo sauce, ensuring they’re evenly coated.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd it.
- Cook for 15 to 20 minutes, flipping the chicken halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove the chicken from the air fryer, allow it to rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
Notes
Serve over lettuce or in a wrap, and pair with celery sticks and blue cheese for an authentic experience. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
