Description
Quick and flavorful Crispy Buffalo Chicken Wraps perfect for busy weeknights or casual gatherings.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
- 1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing (plus more for drizzling)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
- Cooking spray or oil for crisping
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly coat it with cooking spray or oil.
- Add the cooked chicken to the skillet and sauté for about 3–4 minutes until the chicken is slightly crispy.
- In a bowl, combine the chicken and Buffalo wing sauce, tossing until fully coated.
- If desired, mix the ranch dressing with 1 tablespoon of water in a separate bowl to thin it out.
- Lay out the tortillas and spread a thin layer of the thinned ranch mixture down the center of each.
- Evenly layer the Buffalo chicken mixture on each tortilla.
- Top each wrap with shredded lettuce, cheese, and blue cheese crumbles if using.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and tightly roll it from the bottom up.
- Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately with extra ranch dressing on the side.
Notes
Serve with crispy sweet potato fries or a fresh garden salad. For easy snacking, cut into bite-sized pinwheels.
