Quick and flavorful Crispy Buffalo Chicken Wraps perfect for busy weeknights or casual gatherings.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing (plus more for drizzling)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
  • Cooking spray or oil for crisping

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly coat it with cooking spray or oil.
  2. Add the cooked chicken to the skillet and sauté for about 3–4 minutes until the chicken is slightly crispy.
  3. In a bowl, combine the chicken and Buffalo wing sauce, tossing until fully coated.
  4. If desired, mix the ranch dressing with 1 tablespoon of water in a separate bowl to thin it out.
  5. Lay out the tortillas and spread a thin layer of the thinned ranch mixture down the center of each.
  6. Evenly layer the Buffalo chicken mixture on each tortilla.
  7. Top each wrap with shredded lettuce, cheese, and blue cheese crumbles if using.
  8. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and tightly roll it from the bottom up.
  9. Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately with extra ranch dressing on the side.

Notes

Serve with crispy sweet potato fries or a fresh garden salad. For easy snacking, cut into bite-sized pinwheels.
