Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken breast tenders
  • 1 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh basil for garnish
  • Bell peppers and zucchini (optional for veggie side)


Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken by patting the tenders dry and seasoning with salt and black pepper.
  2. Set up the breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and a mixture of breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, and oregano.
  3. Coat the chicken by dredging in flour, dipping in egg, and coating in the breadcrumb mixture.
