  • 1 cup sweet corn (canned or frozen)
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon chipotle powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the diced grilled chicken, black beans, corn, romaine lettuce, avocado, and cherry tomatoes.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, chipotle powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
