Instructions

  1. Prepare the Sauce: In a medium bowl, combine the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth and well combined.
  2. Place Chicken in Slow Cooker: Arrange the chicken thighs in the slow cooker, ensuring they are skin-side up for optimal flavor.
  3. Pour the Sauce Over Chicken: Take the sauce from the bowl and pour it evenly over the chicken thighs, making sure they are well coated.
