Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken thighs generously with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Carefully add the chicken to the skillet, cooking for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- While the chicken cooks, mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
- Once the chicken is completely cooked, remove it from the skillet and coat it with the prepared sauce.
- Serve your delicious chicken hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for mayonnaise. Skillet should be hot for a better sear.
