Description

Quick and delectable chicken thighs coated in a creamy, spicy sauce, perfect for busy weeknights or entertaining friends.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the chicken thighs generously with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Carefully add the chicken to the skillet, cooking for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. While the chicken cooks, mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
  5. Once the chicken is completely cooked, remove it from the skillet and coat it with the prepared sauce.
  6. Serve your delicious chicken hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for mayonnaise. Skillet should be hot for a better sear.
