Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Green onions, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the chicken breasts and broccoli florets on a sheet pan.
- Whisk together the teriyaki sauce, minced ginger, and sesame oil in a small bowl, then drizzle it over the chicken and broccoli.
- Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the broccoli is tender.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-15 minutes.
