Description

A quick and flavorful dish combining chicken and broccoli with a rich teriyaki sauce, perfect for weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Green onions, chopped for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Arrange the chicken breasts and broccoli florets on a sheet pan.
  3. Whisk together the teriyaki sauce, minced ginger, and sesame oil in a small bowl, then drizzle it over the chicken and broccoli.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
  5. Bake for about 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the broccoli is tender.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-15 minutes.
