Description

A creamy and savory casserole featuring shredded rotisserie chicken, tender zucchini, and melted cheddar cheese, baked to golden perfection.


Ingredients

  • 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • Olive oil for greasing


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the shredded rotisserie chicken, sliced zucchinis, cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Grease a casserole dish with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  4. Pour the chicken and zucchini mixture into the prepared casserole dish.
  5. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs generously over the top.
  6. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
