Ingredients
- 1 rotisserie chicken (store-bought)
- 2 cups broccoli (fresh or frozen)
- 8 oz pasta (your choice)
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for drizzling)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Steam or sauté the broccoli over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until tender and vibrant.
- Shred the rotisserie chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Combine the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, and steamed broccoli in a large bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately, adding Parmesan cheese on top if desired.
